ME
I am many things at once. Creative. A marketer. A business mind. A DJ. A traveller. Someone who loves sport and stays deeply active. I move through the world with an enormous amount of energy, passion, and curiosity.
THE PLANT
When I moved to Berlin almost six years ago, life wasn't easy. I was struggling with a few things and I went looking for answers. I tried the conventional routes. Doctors, medications, the well-worn path of western medicine. Some of it helped for a while. None of it felt quite right. Then I found the plant.
Cannabis gave me something I hadn't found anywhere else. Healing and the ability to pause - to breathe, to be present, to sit with myself without needing to be anywhere else. The use of cannabis gave me energy to move, to create, to heal. It became part of my rituals, my workouts, my creative process, my daily life. Not a escape. A tool. A companion. Something that met me where I was and helped me become more of who I already am.

I am not here to tell you cannabis is for everyone. I know it isn't. But I believe that a lot of people simply haven't had the right information, the right setting, or the right guidance. That the plant has been so wrapped in stigma and misconception that its real potential - as a tool for rest, creativity, healing, and presence - has been hidden from the people who might benefit most.
My relationship with cannabis is mindful, intentional, and deeply personal. It sits alongside my fitness, my music, my cooking, my work - not as an escape from my life, but as a way of living it more fully.
This platform is my way of sharing that. Not preaching. Not prescribing. Just opening a door and saying - here is what I know, what i live, what helped me, and how to do it well if you want to try. The plant deserves better than the reputation it was given. So do the people who might benefit from understanding it.
